The .DWF file is viewed in your browser using Design Review, a program installed when you installed Civil 3D.

Design Review 2009Design Review 2010 is now available. If you already have design review 2009 installed you will be notified that an update is available when you launch the program. This update is Design Review 2010.

 For Design Review 2009: The DGN and JT plug-ins can be downloaded from the Design Review plug-ins Web site: http://www.autodesk.com/dwf-plugins. For each plug-in, the associated README contains installation and usage instructions.
